How do I return an item?

Our return policy is in accordance with the manufacturers warranty.

All products sold by SmartChargers & Tools - Canada come with the manufacturer's warranty of minimum 2 years. Some products may carry a warranty of 3 years, details may be found in the product manual or on the product packaging.

We will accept return of product that is defective or has failed within the warranty period. Please return the product with all included parts and accessories and with original packaging where applicable. Products that did not work or failed on receipt must be returned intact with the original packaging.
On some products, such as battery chargers, damage to power or charge cables are excluded from warranty. Failure due to misuse and physical damage, accidental or deliberate, may void the warranty.
We will replace the product or issue a credit once the original product has been received and inspected.

We will accept return of product that you may have purchased incorrectly. Please return unopened product only. You are responsible for return shipping cost. We will issue a credit once the product has been received and inspected.

IMPORTANT: In all cases please CONTACT US first before returning an item. We will issue a Return Material Authorization (RMA) with exact details on how and where to return the item. IMPORTANT: We cannot accept responsibility for product returned without prior authorization.
